Tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) CAS NO. 1643-19-2, also called Tetra-n-butylammonium bromide. Assay 99%min, white to almost white crystalline powder. Melting point 101-104℃. Soluble in water, Alcohol and Chloroform, slightly soluble in Benzene. Easy to absorb moisture and easily ‌deliquescent when exposed to the air. Made by Tributyl Amine and Bromobutane. Can also customize its aqueous solution 50%.

Used as an intermediate in organic synthesis, ion pair chromatography reagent and polarographic analysis reagent.
Used as main raw material to produce downstream Quaternary Ammonium hydroxide – Tetrabutylammonium Hydroxide in Water.
