Dodecyl Trimethyl Ammonium Bromide (DTAB) CAS NO. 1119-94-4, also called Lauryl Trimethyl Ammonium Bromide. Assay 99%min with white to almost white powder, or 30%/50% solution with colorless to light yellow liquid. Soluble in water and Ethanol. Stable below 100°C, with good compatibility with cationic and nonionic surfactants. Made by Lauryl Dimethyl Amine and Chloromethane.
