Tetrabutyl Ammonium Hydroxide CAS NO. 2052-49-5 TBAH, belongs to Quaternary Ammonium Hydroxide, organic strong alkali compounds, 10%/25%/40%/55% in Water or 25%/40% in Methanol solution. Easy to absorb Carbon Dioxide, strongly alkaline, highly corrosive. Alkali strength is comparable to Sodium Hydroxide and Potassium Hydroxide. Made from Quaternary ammonium salts normally via electrolysis or synthesis.
